Anti-Xeno Initiative
Private Group
How to join & Conditions
While we encourage you to play whatever game-mode you please, the Anti-Xeno Initiative has a dedicated private group for the PC Platform open to all players to organize wings and run events where needed. As AX content can be very buggy on open we encourage using a Private Group if you are running into instancing issues with AX Conflict Zones.
We ask that members of the Private Group have a presence in our discord server, ensuring that your server nickname matches your in-game CMDR name. Group instances can get chaotic and this helps us immensely with communications.
How to join the AXI Private Group
- Open the Social Menu (Menu > Social).
- On the Friends tab, use the search box to find “Anti-Xeno Initiative“.
- Select the “Anti-Xeno Initiative” and click “Request to join private group“. The Request will be automatically approved.
- Once you have done return to the main menu and select Start > Private Group > Anti-Xeno Initiative > Join Group. you will now begin playing in the Private Group.
AXI Private Group Rules
PVP of any kind is prohibited in the PG. Organised fights should be conducted in Open, or a different PG that allows it.
Ganking, or disrupting AX activities in the PG will be considered griefing and staff will action it as such.
Be courteous to other PG members.
- Do not use SLFs unless you have the direct permission from everyone in the instance. SLFs have a notoriety for causing lag in even small instances.
- Ensure you have “Report Crimes Against Me” turned off. In chaotic AX fights with many players, some friendly fire is inevitable. This avoids unnecessary fines and disruption to other players.
- Pay attention to in-game chat.
- If you are continually disrupting an instance and/or fail to respond to comms you waive your protection of PG Rule #1 above.
- If you encounter a CMDR disrupting an instance, you must first try to reach them by in-game chat. Failing that, ping them on the server/DM. If you need to remove them by force, ensure evidence is recorded to avoid dispute.
Note: These rules are not a free pass to actively seek out CMDRs with crimes on that might otherwise go unnoticed. Policing or hunting for CMDRs in this way will also be considered disruption of PG activities.
